A large luxurious Visit Wales 5* awarded Georgian house situated on Solva’s picturesque harbour and minutes from the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path – South Wales
Llys Aber holiday house is a cottage conveniently located in Solva’s colourful fishing village giving easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants so no need to taxi or delegate drivers if a good night out is on the menu.
This lovingly restored holiday cottage has been tastefully decorated and stylishly furnished to the highest residential standards and is a fabulous home for a holiday at any time of the year.
Our house sleeps 10 comfortably with 5 generously sized bedrooms. 4 Of the bedrooms are en-suite with king size double beds and the 1 bedroom that is not en-suite is a twin room with access to the main bathroom across the 1st floor landing.
The spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, large driveway giving ample on-site parking and private walled garden for out door entertaining make this an ideal holiday home for large family group holidays, friends reuniting or walkers wanting to explore Pembrokeshire’s spectacular coastal path.
Large sitting room has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV with full sky package. The room is well lit by two large patio doors, which open out onto an enclosed, sheltered walled garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
There are slate floors with under floor heating, a double sided log burning stove to warm the dining and sitting rooms and even a safe for your valuables!

Our weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday with 5pm arrival and 11am departure.
The Solva Holiday House availability calendar is updated as soon as we receive the deposit for a booking enquiry. When we’ve received your initial enquiry we will reply as soon as possible with the answers to any questions and with any questions we may have.
We’ve changed our holiday availability calendar to try to make it easier to see available weeks and send us your enquiries.
Our weekly lettings start and end on Friday’s so to enquire please select your arrival Friday date and departure Friday date for your week. The form will populate with your chosen week’s price continue to complete the remainder of the enquiry form and use the message box to send us any questions you may have.
If you are enquiring about a possible short break, select the week that your short break falls into and let us know your intended short break dates and how many days required in the message box. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to say whether we will accept a short break for your intended dates and the price.

Enjoy Llys Aber and Solva’s Beautiful Harbour
Great house, great location and great holiday for us all. 9 of us, youngest 4yr old and 17 month old, they enjoyed the beach and playground. Older ones tried coasteering and hired bikes and all enjoyed lovely walks and sunny weather. Cafe 35 is very child friendly and good food. We also enjoyed meals at The Sloop Inn, The Shed, Old Pharmacy as well as local crab & lobster and found fresh local fish to buy at The Post Office up the road! Brilliant all round.
A fantastic week of family fun and friendship in the wonderful sunshine! The house is a very well ap[pointed, comfortable spacious ‘home from home’, in a great location, for easy access to beautiful beaches and stunning coastal walks! All finished off with fab fish & chips at ’35’ on the last evening. Hope to return again in the near future. Many thanks. A family/gang of 3 generations all together for a week! FAB
