We have lovingly restored and tastefully decorated our holiday cottage with stylish furnishings to the highest residential standards giving loads of living area and accommodation for 10 making for a fabulous home for a holiday at any time of the year.
Llys Aber is a luxurious 5* Georgian house, nestled in the heart of the quaint village of Solva. A stone’s throw from Solva’s picturesque harbour and minutes from all the shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs this colourful fishing village has to offer.
With 5 generously sized bedrooms (4 en-suite) this lovingly restored house has been tastefully decorated and stylishly furnished to the highest residential standards and is a fabulous home for a holiday at any time of the year.
The large sitting room has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV with full sky package. The room is well lit by two large patio doors which open out onto an enclosed, sheltered walled garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
There are slate floors with under floor heating, luxury kitchen, a double sided log burning stove to warm the dining and sitting rooms and even a safe for your valuables!

The house’s accommodation sleeps 10 comfortably with 5 generously sized bedrooms. 4 Of the bedrooms are en-suite with king size double beds and the 1 bedroom that is not en-suite is a twin room with access to the main bathroom across the 1st floor landing.
Dining Room

The dining room has a large farm style solid oak table to comfortably seat 10 guests, a double sided log burner, the phone and internet, and cabinets for those additional bits of crockery.
Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with a 6 burner ceramic rangemaster cooker, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and granite work surfaces. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking for large parties.

Lounge is large and spacious with patio doors leading to the walled in garden. Furnished with plenty of comfortable couches, a log burner, flat screen TV and full Sky Package.
